I was thinking about you this morning, beanie, how are you doing?
Not great.
Started crying in Costa because someone offered to carry my(70% off) coffee.

Very good to have a cry now and again Beanie esp. if someone is being kind (message just autocorrected that to 'someone getting killed!'). I once started crying in the corner shop because I was not well and they had no broccoli.Debt LBM (08/09) £11,641. DEBT FREE APRIL 2021.

Oh sweetheart!
What Butti said, actually - after that first CBT thing last Tuesday, I sat still for a few hours and then cried my eyes out. Its okay. I don't much like it happening in public, to be honest, because then I can't just wail, or I feel I can't.

Having a good cry can sometimes be the very thing that's needed; I started crying in the street on Thursday, poor DH didn't know what to do with me
keep plodding, sending you some hugs x

Oh Butti I nearly spat my drink over the laptop screen! I have cried over many things but broccoli isn't one of them thank goodness!!! There is nothing wrong with a good cry! Beannie - you are going through a hard time with the loss of your friend, your own health and the joys that your DS is bringing!!! You need to keep that in mind and not be too harsh on yourself. Just keep plodding!!! Hugs1

Not feeling I have much to contribute at the moment.
Mentally & physically exhausted at the moment.
Struggling a bit & have not really been able to drive as have had to take much increased meds.
Should not have bought windows as stretched me a [STRIKE]tad[/STRIKE] too much.
So bloody tired.

Sorry to hear this, beanie - just getting through the day is as much as we can do sometimes, but it *does* feel horrible, I know. Keep on taking care of yourself, I hope it turns around soon for you.2023: the year I get to buy a car1
