You had your windows done! Makes a huge difference, absolutely.
I'm glad that *some* provisions for your friend are looking up, but no effective pain relief is terriblehope that can be sorted today. I'm not surprised you're emotional .... you take care of yourself.

A new low for me today.
Wednesday is my yoga day & I pick up a friend on the way.

Even if someone had said to me here is the money for next window get up I could not have managed

Definitely whinge away. It took me months to recover from my virus, and even last Thursday, when I did two separate lots of gardening, I was wittering on the Friday about not doing anything physical, cos I couldn't cope. We understand this stuff!2023: the year I get to buy a car1

Beanie your body is clearly trying to tell you something. Try being gentle with yourself not just physically but also about how it makes you feel. And you aren't whinging, you're sharing.
