I have been decluttering very old personal paperwork, cards ect.
Just as well as if DS saw some of that, well..........

Was it the going through old things that's unsettled you? I feel the same when I come across old holiday photos taken pre Mr SA's illness. Good that you did some decluttering though

I try not to think about times gone by most of the time & that serves me well.
