- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £211,813
- OPs to mortgage = £19,809 Estd. interest saved = £10,180 to date
c. 16 months reduction in term
Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030
Read 65 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 10th September.

I've not had a cat for almost a year since my lovely old rescue boy died. He was an indoor cat so he had 2 visits a day if I was away. I had the same cat 'sitter' for many years and various cats and I think she charged about £9 for a first visit and £7 for the second so £16 a day. I know that was cheap and sadly [for me] she has now retired. No doubt another old cat or two will arrive at my door sooner or later so I've checked out local services just in case 😻 and most only seem to give a price if you message them. There is one that has a website, their prices are; £15 for one 20 -30 minute visit or £25 for 2 visits a day, they offer a 10% discount for 7 or more consecutive days and will send videos or pics, give meds, play, etc. They charge a bit more for 3 or more cats but no extra for 2 cats.

Been a not so good week. Had a hard fall in the local charity shop on Monday & started crying. Then they had to get all my details for their accident report.
Then I heard one of my good friends is very unwell in hospital.
Today the boiler company cancelled my service for the second time.
Having ongoing issues with the barclaycard app & can’t see any transactions on my account. This has been ongoing for ages.
