Having even on the phone best part of an hour this afternoon to my new bank because I couldn’t log onto online banking - I too feel your pain. Then I tried again by myself and I still couldn’t get on. I did figure it out in the end but I was ready for pulling my hair out.
Our passports arrived this morning so I’m quite impressed with the service 👍😃 It’s an horrendous photo of me though. To add insult to injury, I went to vote today…..we have to vote for a new mayor since ours has deserted us for Downing Street. I showed my driving license for ID at the polling station and the lady said - oh your hair was very dark there….are you sure it’s you 😢🥴🤣

How long did your passports take @milan?

Another frustrating conversation with Barclaycard. They really really are the absolute pits.
