I'll be honest Beanie I am quite shocked. I had what seems a much less serious/intrusive op (hip replacement) 18 months ago & would have had 10 days district nurse visits for dressings if the scar hadn't totally healed in 8. I confess I would not like the responsibility.0

I wasn’t allowed to shower for 12 days until the stitches were out .
same last year with my hip replacement that was 14 days !
oral morphine is used a lot at home
just take it slowly xxx0
