Sorry you will lose the lodger. I remember when she moved in and money aside I know you have enjoyed her being there.If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Another vote from me for the EA 8 hr range, either the balm or the stick.
