A not too bad session with the physio today all things considered. Blooming cold here today. 🥶
I would go back to bed, however my mum is visiting me.

What kind of bird did you rescue……much nicer than the pigeons and few sparrows we get around here.
Sorry you fell clearing the leaves….have you ever tried those blowers. I’ve often thought about getting one for ds but have never used one. I don’t suppose theyd work on wet leaves either 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just watching the Martin Lewis money show.  He is interviewing Greg from Octopus who seems a genuine lovely man. I have received my warm home discount today.  £150 which is good.
In much less good news I received a new council tax bill.  After waiting for one and a half hours in a queue(!!) I have spoken to people in two teams who have explained the whys.  Apparently this is because I have changed benefits.  New legislation coming out this month will reduce this somewhat.  My income has not changed only how it is paid. Now to find the £600 they want. Ba humbug.

It is indeed a goldfinch 😊 They are beautiful birds.

Interesting about Greg - I’ve got an email to send to him later today, so hopefully he’ll be as genuinely lovely as he came across.

Outrageous about the council tax bill - and the fact that no one has mentioned this before now to you. 😡

What is the point of giving with one hand and taking away with the other?! 🙄 I don’t follow the logic of this at all …
