Getting your hours increased means you get more support? I’m guessing the tears are because it means that ‘the powers that be’ are recognising that you need more help and that makes it even more real for you?Hugs from here too.

I mean realistically I know having to crawl to the toilet in the morning is not normal. Yes, it's difficult. Anyway, extra hours now officially authorised.
