Pleased to hear you made it to your group…..getting out socially is so important for us all. It definitely takes much longer to bounce back after an illness or a fall as we get older. Sometimes I’d just like to turn the clock back…..other times I can’t think of anything worse 😳🙄😂 I find the length of time it takes me to do something I did without even particularly thinking about it at one time very frustrating. Just take time to look after yourself with lots of feline cuddles along the way 😻😻 Has the new walker been any use?January spends - £587.584
