Well that was a monumental waste of time.
It turns out Octopus no longer use SMS to install smart meters.
Unfortunatly no one thought to tell me.
Now on hold to Octopus.
Not a happy beanie.
Appointment was cancelled & no one thought to tell me.
Comes back to the conversation on SA's diary about poor customer service.

So The King has visited The Shire this morning for a brief visit.
