Re the birthday don't be afraid to say you can't afford something. I can't even remember my 30th it would've been lost in the depth of being a mother to a 6 and 4 year old! Certainly didn't do anything special.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -
Yes….totally agree with Sun Addict. If the celebrations are over your budget….let the powers that be know. Your ds would not want you getting in a financial mess. If the powers that be want to go overboard with celebrations- fine - but should be at their own expense. Easier said than done though…….
