I have plastic trouser hangers and use pegs on the bar for socks and all underwear.

They hang from a rail and I have one of those 4-lathe dryers on a pulley that you can lower (like this one) so you can put stuff on it sitting down (all my clothes get put on hangers) and then pulled up to dry - that model is available in a short (90cm or 3 foot) length so would not get too heavy - I wanted mine over the range but the ceiling is too low here so it's in the boiler cupboard, out of the way

Another one adding that the pound shop ones are dire.  Any friends going to IKEA?  Their octopus is much better.  I'm certainly not suggesting you trail round - assuming that there is one near you

Thanks everyone.  

My plan is to pop things on in the summer & shove it outside. 

I managed to repot a lavender but it is looking very sorry for itself.  We shall see! 

Another sunny but cool day here.  

Can you send things with Hermes just like the post office? I have only ever used them for returning things.

I’m sure you can but haven’t done it myself. I know they have an app. 

I’m also trying to salvage a lavender looking sorry for itself. It was planted in the lawn but Mr SA kept treading on it. I really want to keep it going as my friend who just passed away gave it to me.
