Have you got a crafting daylight bulb? I swap to these at this time of year as I know the diminishing light makes me feel like carpSave £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £9586.01 out of £6000 after August (158.45%)

The lack of daylight is grim- I used to massively struggle throughout January in particular. Do you make sure that you get outside during the day at least at some stage even on days you’re not going to the foodbank Beanie?
