Currently on antibiotics which so do not agree with me.
To add to that my back has gone into spasm.

I had some antibiotics once that made me feel as if I was going to constantly throw up. I had to persevere with them as I had a really nasty infected bite on my foot.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4
