So.
Yesterday I had appointment with a health professional.
I was taken very late for my appointment.
Said person then zoomed up the corridor & left me trochling along.
During the course of the consultation I was asked if I did a specific thing.
I said no, I have CP, I dont do that because of xyz.
To which they replied "well some people like to push them selves"
I was less than happy.
I said well you don't know me & you cant make the judgement that I dont push myself.
You have no idea what my life is like or how much I push myself.
I was less than impressed.
It upset me so much.
It pressed all my buttons.

As a health professional, they have membership of a professional body to whom you could complain. Also a&e tends to be regularly visited by those who push themselves. You know your body better than anyone.
