Clicked on your link & love love love the lilac & blue shown.

DS suggested yellow.
Where he got that from I do not know!
I am not a yellow person really.
I have always been blue, grey, pink & purple.
Very little in the house not those colours nor in my clothes.
HIs GF suggested cream & pale purple.
One of the things I have to factor in is i lean on the walls as I move around especially the ones in my bedroom.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Yellow is my favourite colour but everyone thinks it must be pink for some reason. I’ve always loved Snoopy too since the cartoons in the newspapers many years ago, was it the Daily Sketch? 🤔 Also love Winnie the Pooh quotes, they always seem relevant 😍I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

pollyanna_26 said:I love pale greys beanie but can understand you don't want it everywhere. A pale lilac would go well with a purple carpet.I'm sorry to hear you've been in the wars again and hope your face is healing. So glad you've had your first jab. Youngest had hers last Saturday. Mine had to be cancelled twice as I've been flaring badly. Had a call from the Drs today to say they'll phone next week to see if I'm ok to have it then.I've had sleepless nights over th last few weeks. I was trying to find if there was any sign of a new Rebus book online and came across a tweet from Ian Rankin on International Angelman day supporting the need to vaccinate those with learning disabilities in care homes.. I haven't folowed his twitter feed for a while and was surprised he's now 65 and Kit is 26. Where do the years go?I trawled back through a few months and there were lovely pics of Edinburgh in the snow including a snow angel. Greyfriars kirk , the Oxford bar and the one place I willnever walk though again The Cowgate. There's a lovely pic of a very smiley Kit who they managed to bring home for Christmas day.I thought of you and wondered if you ever read the Laidlaw books by William McLivanny. Ian is due to hand his book from the uncompleted McLivanny book about Laidlaws early days to the publishers. I never knew he based Rebus on Laidlaw.I've ordered the first in the trilogy for youngest to try and keep her going until the next and probably last Rebus. Obviously. Laidlaw is set in Glasgow in the 70s. She knows Glasgow quite well but is more familiar with Edinburgh so I wonder if you've read them and what you thought.of them.Any progress on the car? Hopefully when you and mum have had the second jab things should improve for you both. As long as they take lifting lockdown in a better way than before and whatever BJ says I think Wee Nicola will take things steady .Take care lovepollyx
Will look into them though.
As you know love Ian Rankin & as you know he is a fellow Fifer & has never forgotten his roots which I like.
Knew he was a bit older than me, 6 years.
Think have mentioned before I like Quintin Jardine the writer, his Skinner books are based in Edinburgh.
Have recently discovered a couple of other crime series based in Edinburgh. One written by V Clifford about a hairdresser with a PHD who gets up to all sorts of adventures & a police one about Scott Cullen , a policeman written by Ed James.
I hope you get your jag soon.
Yes, I think Ms S will lead us out gently. I hope so.
A year since she visited our wee foodbank.
When things were still normal!!
