Christmas has been & gone.
Laptop unbelievibly arrived on Christmas Eve.
Not set up as no one to set it up.
We are now in tier 4 & my MH health is starting to to slip already.
I have not seen DS since September.

Oh flipping ‘eck Tier 4 😱. Laptop should be easy to set up, I did mine. Would your DS be able to guide you over the phone? If not I don’t mind trying if you message me, can’t profess to be an expert but I’m not bad.

Sorry to hear of your new Tier - I know how you must feel not seeing DS.☹️Re the laptop - can't remember if you wrote where you bought it from. If Curry's then they have an dedicated help desk you can video call with any problems if not calling DS or SA. I found them quite good when I touched base after I bought my new TV.Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

I've found that the new laptops tend to talk you through setting up themselves. I'm also happy to help if I can.
It's rubbish about Tier 4, but fingers crossed we've got good vaccine news on the horizon and they'll be able to ramp it up nice and quickly.

Ug beanie, a bad bottle of booze, however little, is baaaaad!
Totally sympathise with the tech horrors about switching on the new laptop - but yes, they do guide you through the basics themselves, its true. Is your broadband password protected? It's usually printed on the bottom of the router - as long as you can contribute that, the laptop will do its thing. It won't do everything you might usually have, but it will get you online in a nice easy way. Good luck with it.2023: the year I get to buy a car6
