From one !!!!!! to another (   And yes I truly hate that word ) However the technical term.... I really admire you, and you are a role model to me. 

@Millan has said it all...  And on your strong and good days you know it 

but there are those tough days when physically you are low, when a good dose, of raspberry gin, smarties, fur baby cuddles and to voice your sadness on here I hope is cathartic and allows you as my Mother would say brush your self down as you do, put on that Lovely smile and face the world again, to keep on plodding and kick those bad memories into the shadows.

And of course theirin lies the problem in a nutshell. The many years of being called a !!!!!! and being totally belittled for just being me.  Part of me knows they were not right but part of me............

They were wrong in every way and no part of you should think they were ever right in any way, shape or form.  They wouldn't get away with it nowadays. As BM has said above, kick those memories into the shadows where they belong xx

You  keep on plodding on and encouraging many others as you do.
Annnd that’s what I know of you from here - and I don’t know you properly in RL.
It’s hard being ‘different’ and having to find your own way of doing things and having to cope with falls, pain and physio - you really do an amazing job 👏👏👏👏👏👏
