Bah indeed, hope you are not tooo sore. Is the falling because you are not getting physio etc at the mo or is it cos of heavy housework or something else [if that's not too nosy] x5

Hello Beanie, I have finally made it back, haven't read back on the posts, ( yet!) but have seen no physio and acupuncture - totally with you on how crap that is, as I am not getting to massage/oesto either.... sending gentle love and hugs
