So glad I've found your diary - it is amazing to see the ex DFWers now on the MFW forum!!! Hoping it will be me this time next year (save me a space please - I will be there - better late than never!)
Agree with so many others - you are a real support to so many of us Beanie - so now its time for us to cheer you on!
Christmas is such a challenge when you a trying to be a reformed spender! but its gone now - all forgotten and tucked up in the attic for another year and no one died from only getting one present!
I brought my spending down - but still could of bought less (particularly food! - thorntons anyone??) - but to get through Christmas and make 2 overpayment to your mortgage is fantastic!

I agree with all of the above! :j
Can't wait to be debt free and on the path to being mortgage free.
Don't forget places like B00ts are now cutting their christmas gift sets by 50% and soon 75%. I used to get al my birthday presents and some future christmas presents during the sales. Saves money in the long run
