    You don't look fat and frumpy though so how you feel isn't always accurate.
    Book a hair cut as it always makes you feel better.

    Ouch to bone - hope physio can do something for it or send you to someone who can.
    It’s tough getting into the zone - it’s like a light switch going on and off for no reason with me.....it’s on today but who knows what tomorrow will bring?
