you can say that again bob! I've been without broadband now for 11 days!!! As Bt forgot to order the mew modem/router so I couldn't get online - then they sent one without any leads or wires.
very poor as when virgin come round to set you up they arrive with all the gear and don't leave until it all works!! Bt could learn a thing or two from them! Plus virgin are much cheaper anyway!0 -
