Hi everyone my first post here so hopefully this will help someone. Was queuing at CS in Ts earlier and was eavesdropping on another customers conversation. They had bought lots of wine within that was a Hardys white wine couldn't see which, which the lady had gone through the till at £9.99, but the sEL stated half price £4.99. CS retrieved the sEL and confirmed it should have been on promotion til 25/11 but looked like it had ended early and gave a £10 refund so free wine. Was in a rush and it's a big store so didn't have time to go and look if there were any others similar sels, but worth a go if you've got time...

Watched a good movie yesterday called 'The Bucket List'. It is a list of things old people would still like to do in life. I thought I would make a list myself but am only 22!! :rotfl:

Noooo, it's never too early to start on a bucket list! Time goes quicker as you get older, and the number of responsibilities you have that prevent you from doing some things increases. Carpe diem! :)

When I was 21 I drew up a 'to do' list.....this was well before the term 'bucket' list was invented. Now, *cough*, several years later the last thing left on that list is to visit Machu Picchu. I'm setting off to go to Peru on Thursday!

(I now have a new 'to do' list :))

Edit: Just checked MSM and they are showing as 3 for 2 so wonder if that is the reason.

FC hope you are ok. I did not see what was posted but from what I can see you are a very good person with lots to deal with and you do it admirably. How you spend your money is your business. Have a lovely week.
Well I had a lovely week last week. After the frantic weekend with DD moving she and I went to a beauty evening at Harvey Nichols and I won a great big bottle of Juicy perfume. Then last Wednesday we went to London for the ALexander Wang for H&M pre event launch party in Regent St. Every year when H&M do a designer colloboration I buy from the collection ( usually all the collection ) and sell it on E-Bay. We tried to win tickets for the event but had to buy them from E-Bay. They had cocktails, canapes, a DJ and a smattering of celebs. It was such a bun fight DD deposited me in a corner and ran back and forth bringing me the clothes. Strangely they had no bags to put it in while you were shopping but I finally managed to persuade an assistant to get some. After about 30 mins we paid for it all and persuaded them to leave it all behind the till while we went back to the party.
When we left they helped us carry it all to the taxi ( 11 bags) and I nearly got knocked over by the paparazzi taking pics of Jamies Winstone and her one bag!
They did actually take a pic of us and it appeared on Daily Mail site next day. Here it is if you scroll towards bottom page the 2 ladies with bags are me and DD ( DREADFUL PIC OF ME)

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2822662/Ellie-Goulding-attends-Alexander-Wang-X-H-M-s-London-launch-pair-sports-leggings-collection.html

When we got to Paddington we managed to get an earlier train and the lovely ladies from Great Western escorted us to the train and upgraded us to First Class. So had frantic few days selling on Ebay but they imposed a 3 day return limit on it so what did not sell went back on Saturday. Still dd and I made enough to cover Xmas pressies. So hoping for a quieter week thsi week. Strange at home now as I am back on my own. Had a lovely weekend went on a 6 mile country walk yesterday to raise money for a friend who is running marathon for Leonard Cheshire homes. Have a good week alll.

Lol we all know what you look like now :)

For those who have been taking advantage of the UDIs, possibly a bit of bad news.

They're still showing as £1, but a 3 for 2 offer has also popped up.

On the face of it that's good news, but there are other items on the 3 for 2 at different prices.

Unless i'm mistaken, they should come up as n/a now!!

That's a shame, they had been good for my C&Cs, oozy posted about this last night.

Looks like it runs until 23/11/2014
