I'm not sure what use "screenshots" are and I'm certain Sky won't be taking any legal action against a solitary anonymous user of an internet forum who posts splenetically about planning to leave Sky.
Nope. The offer was a specific offer directed at people who didnt have the movies. The screenshots are from the order process so show the details of the order plus my next estimated bill. If you ever make changes to your package online you will see your current and estimated future payments (I dont trust anyone and also record ALL phone conversations since i had a run in with TalkTalk).
Actually when i phoned to cancel the movies bit this morning the retentions bloke said the free trial HAD been applied and couldnt work out why i had been told my bill would include the movies. The exact opposite of what i was told the previous evening by the support on webchat. Clearly someone either doesnt know their job or is lying.0 -
Like one of the call centres, web chat seems to be based abroad; a known source of problems.0

My Sky account terminated yesterday. Now the offer is 50% off or a Galaxy tab.0

So hang on...I've had sky for 2 and a half years but it terminates on 7th Dec. Gonna get it in my partners name, surely she's classed as a new customer ??0

my dad is thinking of doing this , he cancelled sky on at the weekend as they keep putting up the prices ( gone from £75 - £109 in 12mths) he said to them make me a one time only offer and i will stay , they offered 1/2 price MUTV and free BB for a year so he said no and is going to cancel
its no annoying as we have been customers since 1991 but they treat you like !!!!"If I know I'm going crazy, I must not be insane"0
