I had this problem around Christmas when an item took around 3 weeks to turn up so when I phoned after about two weeks of waiting I said they'd taken the money but charged me full price and the woman told me I wasn't entitled to use the code so I just thought I'd return the item once it turned up but when it turned up the refund money was in my account the next day. If it's not there within the next few days just phone them and enquire, I'm sure it'll be sorted out, I use codes with Littlewoods, Kays and Great Universal all the time and haven't had a problem with not getting the discount.

I ordered a man utd top on the 1st Aug from littlewoods still waiting is anyone else having same problems?

In my experience if the item is in stock the refund is processed at time of order if the item isnt in stock but says something like delivery in 7 days then the refund seems to be processed when the goods are shipped!

Always the case for me anyway..

Instead of using the website, I'd recommend phoning your order instead. I just placed my first order over the phone and used the £23.50 code with no problem. A pair of New Balance trainers for half price!

I bought a Utd home kit on the 2nd Aug, it arrived on the 9th. They took full payment on the 2nd and refunded me the difference on the 7th.

I bought the away kit too but that isn't released until September so I'll have to wait and see. I also bought a PS3 game and that worked out aswell!

How many accounts have people opened? I have done 4 now. Are any codes working on existing accounts or are they all for new ones only?

I've opened loads lol!! However, I can only actually access/use two. I think that the £10 off 'apology' code works on existing accounts but the ones for amounts above that are for first orders only - in my experience anyway.
