If this helps - I was a customer of littlewoods when littlewoods direct (lxdirect) started business. I now have accounts with both as I used a code from the website for lxdirect to get discount for first purchase ages ago. So you can have different accounts with each, but can get very confusing when querying order/problems with items etc, as the invoices are so alike and when they write to you with a simple littlewoods address header (that boggles the brain cells!!)
However, I made a boob once giving them the account no. for my lxdirect when I trying to locate an order re-littlewoods.com, the customer sales people didn't bat an eyelid.

Go for it, open another account and hope you save lots of £££££££:D

I seem to be completely unable to create a Littlewoods account as it thinks my address is a business address. Finally rang them and they agreed to override their computer system to accept it as a residential address, so got an email confirming my account was set up - yay. Then logged on but it won't accept any codes, saying valid only on first order!? WTH?
Thoroughly fed up with LXDirect too, as whenever I open an account I get email confirmation, but can't ever log back into it - so I now have eleventy thousand accounts and can't use any of them! Did get some bedlinen I ordered quickly just after creating one account though so shouldn't really complain!

There are 2 different sites. They are not synonymous with eachother in terms of logging in despite having the same interface:

Perhaps you could try logging in to either just in case you registered with a different site?

P.S Littlewoods direct prices seem to be cheaper

yes it makes no difference but I'm not sure if you onlt get cashback on the price paid or not

as they take the full amount 1st say £55 this is what you'll get back off quidco...then afew days later you get your refund of say £23.50...if that make's sense...:D

Registered with .com and direct. No codes worked for me on either. Waste of time. Under £50 over £50 made no difference whatsoever.
