    I ordered 2 mp3 players on credit card accounts, one in my name and one in my partners they honoured the voucher on the order in my name (the code used was ZQ055 £20 off and free postage) but i have placed the order 4 times for my partner and they keep cancelling it i used the same code

    Could be they are sorting the system... guessing they have lost a packet of cash just recently with the amount of posts re codes and combining them...

    Just wanted to check it wasnt just mine.....

    I was getting the same message all morning on my new Kays account. But I can log in now. The same thing happened yesterday. As maemaesmummy says, this is probably the time of day when they are updating their system.

    I ordered a Man U top (49.99) yesterday and it came today, it showed total £17.65 online but is showing £44.10 now when received, have checked with bank and the 44.10 is showing as going through but no refund..Think I will wait a few days and if no credit will call them...or should i call them now?
