I order a duvet set and guess what i got today .....some ladies underwear 3 packs with the box open i am so !!!!ed off :mad:



I know i could just give them back but thats not the point it was embarrasing down right pathetic and one of the worst things that could have happened to me

Does anyone have any suggestions what i could do i want to make them pay for this!

It is a shame anyone has got upset or even irritated by this. This was a code which was not sent to you as an individual so if it worked then you have a bargain (if you need it) if it did not then it was not to be! No-one other than the people this was individually sent to are actually 'entitled' to use it. I tried it, as I often do with codes on here to see if they work, and it did not work for me, so I cancelled the order.
I have not had trouble with returning things to littlewoods, or any other catalogue in fact except the now defunct 'The Store'. If you stay within their terms and conditions there should be no problems. I have even returned an item after the 14 days or whatever it is and they were ok about it.

well i have given it a go

i used code ZQ056 which gave me £15 off plus free p&p.

i spent £29 in total on a pair of crocs for little miss divadee so a grand total of £10.50 if it works!!!


how soon after ordering do you know if the code has worked?

i have printed off my order but no email confirmation yet.

after reading this whole thread i have a feeling i will get charged full price!!

Yes you will get them for the ordered price.. they charge the full amount then refund the promo amount...

not really helpfull now but you could have also used XX024 for 10% and ZQ298 for free Del of £2.95 obviously if you choose standard delivery there is no charge just a nice extra £2.95 off.
