Rang up littlewoods becuase code couldnt be processed- lady said code had expired really wanted these shoes aswell!!

oh no i ordered a pair of crocs and a slow cooker both stuff i wanted but could not justify one was 8.90 and the crocs 6.10- i hope they give them to me for the amount they said with the discount! xx

Like i said avoid! what a bunch of muppets i won't shop with them again. ok so we take our chance with these codes and you should look upon it as u win some you lose some but i was really going to lose some. I ordered 3 items used the 18.50 code it worked, received items, paid by card and got lots of money off. great so far, However the items were completely wrong:mad: rang cs who told me to send wrong ones back and they would send me my correct order but one item which i really wanted is now out of stock. So thought ok at least got some money off 2 items. Wrong! they didn't replace them but re-ordered them at full price and charged it to my account:eek: Rang again to cancel the order and asked for a refund but they said that the refund will only go on my account not my debit card:eek: :eek: so now i am down £30 odd on my card and will be £30 in credit with littlewoods and have lost the voucher as it classes that i have used it once. I was told to ring again in 7 days to try and sort it out and get it back on my card. I am not happy!:mad:

If they do give you your money back because they !!!! up it can also take up to 30 days, this company is diabolical.

First the charge me more than agreed, they then loose the item refused at the door, they then tell me that they will refund by end of the week, they didn't, then they told me that they couldn't refund by until goods are received two weeks after refusing them, I had some much aggravation and speaking to two supervisors not the people who you normally speak on phone, I wasted about 2 hours fo my life getting my money back.

Just ask yourself is it worth using those codes, because although there system may shows its been taken off the code, another CS side doesn't acknowledged the code.

I've never had a problem using the codes. A few weeks ago I got a great new £80 mobile reduced to £55, got it for £24 delievered in the end

Just bought my dad a tooth whitening kit for his birthday, was £30, used the codes to get it to £13. I always take screenshots of the final price but fingers crossed, no problems so far. The refund goes back in a few days later.
