Here present and correct nargle pole and all.

Busy day today, went off to get some sleepers for the garden with OH but they were too long to get in the car so ordered the sleeper we went for, plus a half width one in place of a scaffold plank I'd been searching for, made the delivery more worthwhile, and might even get one more for the front garden while we are at it, said I'd call in the week.

Then into town to try and upgrade OH phone for the third time - systems issues previously, apparently. Over two hours later contract finally signed, but no phone as that needs to come from another store. And need to phone current provider to port number. What a fiasco. I nearly walked out in favour of doing it online with cashback or something, but felt bad the sales girl would lose her commission....and it is close to Xmas. Don't know what came over me

Dinner cooked, think our cooker is having issues, only one of the hob rings seems to have any temp control, the others just seem to get way too hot no matter how much I turn them down. Apple and blackberry crumble made and eaten and leek and potato soup cooking for tomorrow.

I got off the starting blocks yesterday with NSD #1.

Was actually under budget on the grocery spend too thanks to some yellow stickers.
