Too many red onions how can I use them up?

Onion soup (would probably use up the most onions and you could freeze some, as a good starter for dinner parties), cheese and onion bread, cheese and onion pie.
Or...just make even more marmalade, jar it and give it away as gifts (will it last 'til Christmas?)0 -

Its not very healthy, but if you slice and caramelise a ton of red onions with a little sugar, for around 1hr, cooking on a low heat until very sticky and soft, then cut in half a whole Camembert cheese, stuff it with the onions, put it back in its little wooden case and bake in the oven for around 10 mins on a low heat again, it will be the closest to heaven you'll probably ever be!0

Red onions are lovely added to other veg and roasted in a little olive oil for a delicious side dish. We have an earlier thread with lots more ideas so I've added this thread to it to keep the suggestions together.
