I've been deleting the carp ones, looks like i'm gonna have to delete a few more then. :rotfl:

I saved links to the ones I was interested in, but so many of them are things that you won't use again until next Christmas- unless you want an artificial Christmas tree in every room.

One thing about the Advents that really ruffles my pink flamingo feathers is the fact that ahandfull of Advents don't run over the weekend or on a Sunday....so come Monday, some Advents will be on track with door number 8 and others will be on door number 7 or 6! And some still haven't opened door 6 today when it was due to be opened! It will muddle me up!

Well, I have to say, this is the 4th year I've done them, and I think that this years are the worst I've seen.
There is a lot of tat, and it's been rather disappointing.
Admittedly, I don't have much luck on the advents, but I came on here last year and it was like people were really looking forward to them, then actually enjoying themselves, because there were some good prizes, and even if none of us won, there were a few advents that were a lot of fun that made up for not winning. This year, it's like a lot of fun is missing from them this time around, and it just seems a bit 'MEH'
BTW, is it me? or does there seem to be more discount codes being given out as 'prizes' this year as well? There's nothing worse.

Does anyone know how the instant win advents work ? If I enter in the evening the chances are the prize has already gone and so am I effectively entering a closed competition !

I missed the first couple of days due to being away so started from day three lasted a couple of hours and gave up. I would rather concentrate on the day ending comps instead as there are much better prizes than what can be won on many of the advents.

Last year only enter a few advents won one, did loads normal competitions didn't win any thing from them

This year mainly doing normal competitions with odd advent

Have to say when January comes every year, have never won any thing from my December enters
