Could you not set up a mse account for this, and have 3 or 4 people with the log in details?

If I can be of any help i will be able to put a couple of hours in most days.

Is there a way to give additional edit powers to a user on a specific post?
I was thinking you can have say 5 people able to edit the original post then that will lighten the load.

The only other way I could think of doing it would be to add a whole new forum called Advents, and assign 5 new admins to that forum so they can all mantain the posts?

I work full time and havn't been around for the advents yet, so this will be my first year ... I think I'd rather see how it all works before signing up to something like this.
    Thanks though Jambo.

There is no way to assign more than one user to an original post, Is it ok just to give Jambo a chance to see how it goes and then if he does struggle we can work it out then.

He seems as keen as mustard and he knows we will help if there are issues.

Definitely, I'm sure there won't be any problems, besides, there's plenty of people about that will help make sure the posts get moved to the appropriate places. (weeowens, firefly et al) :)
