Nice to haves

Time to do you as you please and freedom from debt are most imprtant for me, no interest in the material. I have a nice but small south facing garden, but best of all is access to miles of open accessible countryside a stone's throw from my house - I have a circular cross country bike ride of 50 miles that doesn't touch a road, I can carry my kayak to the river and all my marathon training cross country.
This is from a 125k 2bed town house which is also 2 mins walk from several supermarkets takeaways and restaurants.
I love my house for the lifestyle it gives me rather than its bricks and mortar.Left is never right but I always am.0 -
I think this property contains most of my nice to haves although the kitchen could do with being just a tincy bit bigger

I can't imagine how people live in such squalor.
There's no wine cellar, tennis courts nor one of those little electric buggy things for riding around the golf course. There's no sign of pheasants or any big game to be shot, no helipad and not a single one of those machines that massage your nuts whilst you're sat on the lav (ok, that one I made up
).
There's nowhere for the jet and not much room for the 'netball tournaments' in bikinis.
One will not be buying that flat thank you very much
