I've run several people onto the hard shoulder. I'm doing 55mph, don't do 55mph and sit alongside me for the length of the ACCELERTION lane.
And if you're not indicating, I'm not moving out because I would have to indicate, and if you can't be bothered neither can I.

You'd better hope you never meet the Honda driver, he'd simply pull out regardless :rotfl:

That's what the running bars are for :p
  • I can't believe the people that are putting any percentage of blame on the lorry driver.

The car failed to give way, how can it be anything other than his fault?

They'll be the Honda Civic drivers.

How on earth can it be in any way the truck driver's fault?

The Honda cut across the front of him while he was making steady progress at a decent distance behind another truck.

The Honda driver had another acceleration lane to the left of him, that he could have used to better match the speed of the truck - and even accelerate up and go in front of the truck in front of the one that he hit.

The Honda driver made a complete mess of it - made no effort to enter the middle of the space between the two trucks.

It's completely wrong to expect or force people to slow down to allow you to enter another lane.

More welly on the gas-pedal by the Honda driver was what was needed.
