Or 15 and 30 during that time in that order.
9 hours driving a day extended to 10 two days a week I think.
Then there's rest periods etc, so you can have long days and be at work many hours a week.
Aren't you allowed an 11 hour day once a fortnight.0 -

Dunno!
I don't do nights out or more than 6 hours driving/11 hour days.
I worked 6am to 10.30am today....
I've read all the literature etc, but it's a lot to take in and remember, and I couldn't really get my head round it all - maybe because all I need to worry about is the 45 minute break, which the tacho tells me anyway.
Well and the 30 minute break and 6 hours working time directive thing.
Still see some sites putting the 2 breaks round the wrong way, modern tachos don't recognise them round the wrong way, so you would have a 30 then 15, then need a 30 minute break.0 -

Not 4 hours a day.
So that would be a 12 hour shift.
How's the exhaust holding up?
Great thread that one.0 -
So after 4 hours you need to park up for 4 hours?
Crikey my pay is going to improve massively!
Then again I can only do 50.5 hours a week so would be on a 4 day week, result0 -
or double man; 21 hours, 9 hours off, repeat, repeat, repeat:D0

Too many of them hover beside you at the same speed. They seem to think the people already on the motorway should be adjusting their speed so they can get out. Either speed up and get in front of me, or slow down and pull behind.
It's usually the people joining a 70mph limit whilst coming off the slip roads at 40mph that do this.
Equally, when i'm coming off a slip road i sometimes find i try and slow down to pull behind someone, only to find they'll slowing down to let me out as well because they're so used to other people who can't pull out on their own.
Posted about this a few times but a lot of NEW drivers just drive onto a motorway as if its their right of way without any attempt to MERGE
Actually hope this video gives them a much needed lessonWhen will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?0
