This holiday on Thomson's Website is £1520 per person not £1200, thats leaving on the 5th May for 14 nights

    The Riu Negril is £1189.00

    I would re-check your quote

The number of people travelling (inc kids ages): 2 (no kids)

Can anyone do any better? This is slightly above my budget and to be honest I don't think the accommodation is worth it. Tried for Green Garden Resort but not offered by Thomson in Belfast :(

    All help appreciated :)

  • Good morning everyone :)

I'm trying to find a good deal for my partner and I. We're looking to go away to Madeira for over the New Year.

The Quote itself: £1,736 (£868 pp)
Who the quote is from: Thomson
Is there a booking fee: No
    The Tour Operator/Airline/Hotel: Thomson
    The departure Airport/Post: Gatwick
    The Holiday Dates: 27 December 2010 - 03 January 2011
The number of people travelling (inc kids ages): 2 adults, no kids
The Hotel (or * if it’s allocate on arrival): 4*
The Board (self catering/half board etc): B&B
    Any specific requirements: No
Is an in-flight meal included: No

I'm not fussed about the specific hotel (although the nicer the better! :) ), the two main things are that it's over new years eve (we're going for the fireworks!), and that it's as good a deal as possible.

We're not bothered about it being B&B either - if there's a good deal on FB or AI then we're happy to go for it (this was just the cheapest I could find so far.....)

We're in Berkshire, so Gatwick or Heathrow would be best, although Brum would be a possibility (or Southampton / Bournemouth - but I don't think any Madeira flights go from either of those!)

Thanks for looking and helping if you can!
