Looking for a holiday to Spain/Canary's/Balearic for next year May 2011/June 2011. We have 2 adults and 3 kids (5,7,9). Is it possible for us to have 1 room for us all?

Also, what sort of price would we be paying for a minimum of H/B Are we best booking now(ish) or waiting til nearer the time?
