I'm trying to find flights to Orlando in October with these details...

    LON > ORL
    Out: 21 October
    Ret: 28 October
Two adults (one a student) and two 'children' (aged 13 & 16, so adults to most companies).

The best I've got so far is a total of £1,664 (£416 each) with Travelpack.com, using US Airways via Philadelphia. Direct flights appear to be roughly twice the price - damn these things called school holidays!

    Anybody able to beat that?

This is a long shot, but here goes...

    The Quote itself: £346 1 adult, £683 2 adults, 2 rooms.
Who the quote is from: holidaygems.co.uk
Is there a booking fee: No
The Tour Operator/Airline/Hotel: Airline = Monarch
    The departure Airport/Post: Gatwick
The Holiday Dates: 13-28 Sep 2010
The number of people travelling: 1 or 2 adults
The Hotel (or * if it’s allocate on arrival): My Meric, Turunc Bay
The Board (self catering/half board etc): AI
Is an in-flight meal included: Probably not.

I'll know by Friday if I'll be travelling alone or not and wouldn't mind booking then. Turunc looks lovely, but anywhere reasonably quiet and warm will do, it doesn't have to be Turkey, but 14 nights all inclusive from the 13th Sep is essential.

The price quoted included flights out of Gatwick/Dalaman at about 6am, I'd like anything I book to leave no earlier than 0500 and no later than midday.

Oh and that price didn't include transfers.

Any of the london airports are OK if both of us are travelling and any of the London airports and Bristol/Exeter are OK if I'll be going alone.

I don't expect any of you will be able to beat that quote, but I would like to send my hard earned/saved in the direction of a MSE user, this site has done sooooo much for me and it'd be lovely to give a little something back to the community.

    Cheers folks :)

EDIT: I made a few alterations above, I hope that hasn't inconvenienced anyone.

I know that that sounds foolish, but it's true
  • Hello, wanted to see if I could get a cheaper price for the following holiday to Skiathos:

The Quote itself: 219pp on teletext website (Goldenticket quoted 249pp including transfers and baggage

Who the quote is from: GoldenTicketTravel.co.uk via Teletext Holidays website
Is there a booking fee: No
    The Tour Operator/Airline/Hotel: GoldenTicketTravel.co.uk
    The departure Airport/Post: Gatwick
The Holiday Dates: 2 jul - 9 jul
The number of people travelling (inc kids ages): 2 adults
The Hotel (or * if it’s allocate on arrival): Yalis Studios
The Board (self catering/half board etc): SC
    Any specific requirements:
Is an in-flight meal included: Yes (and baggage and transfers)

    Thanks,

    Chris
