I have been offered a price of £3178.00 for a twin centre honeymoon (for 2 lol) to Dubai (3 nights B&B) and Maldives (7 nights All Inclusive), 10 nights total.

The hotels offered are Tower Rotana in Dubai (Classic Room) and Kuramathi Village in the Maldives (Superior Room).

The dates are Monday 8th September (London Heathrow), returning on Sunday 21 September according to the itinerary I was given.

If you can beat this quote that would be great because my maximum budget is £3000

I am also open to other combinations of hotels as long as the Maldives resort is an all inclusive one.

    Thanks in advance!

You haven't said which tour operator this is through but I put these details into the Kuoni website and it comes out slightly cheaper at £3154 and this is based on 8 nights AI in the Maldives rather than 7 (and you didn't say which airline you were using - this is based on Emirates ex LGW rather than LHR).

If you are looking to get the cost down have a good play around with the Kuoni website. It is very user friendly and you can mix and match your accomodation from a great selection, change room types, board basis etc. HTH.

This is a 'Beat My Quote' thread, not a 'Find Me a Holiday' thread - you are unlikely to get much of a response.

I was given this quote today. All in all it's not bad, however, we're looking for something more along the lines of 5 days and this provider is unable to offer it. And something flying from Glasgow or London would be preferred also. If any travel agent is able to beat this then please contact me via PM. Flexible about dates of travel as long as they are between the 9th - 31st July. Also don't need b&b room,s can work with self catering! Thanks!

Hi, can anybody help me with my (expensive) quotes I have so far got for my holiday to Cyprus?

2 adults, 1 infant (under 1 - fine to sit on our knee).

I need flights on or around:-

    Outbound 26/07
    Inbound 06/08

Can leave from East Mids, Birmingham or Luton. Other London airports if the price is excellent. Going to Paphos.

My best price so far is Thomsonfly @ £622.86 which I think is rather steep!

Also, I am looking for car hire from Paphos airport - compact car (ie Astra) the best price I have received for those dates is £521.45.

    Many thanks in advance!
