- SaintBEX possession removal, 'for ease of both parties. I will arrange careful uplift to address/storage of his choice within working fortnight.'
- your name on flat lease.
- determine limits/viability of that poss. flat-share, wkly/mthly terms flexibility.

Consider the timely new job offer positively.

You're both working. I'm presuming that you don't have children from this marriage. Why on earth would he have to pay you maintenance?

After a short marriage, the aim of a divorce would be for you both to be put back, financially, to where you were before the marriage and for you both to go your own way.
