I'd really help me though Missy.. I get so much more done when he is out than I ever do when he is here.. He is being sent to Tesco this morning with Dot and I'm scraping this room together and then doing nothing!

Ha ha pigpen, It's funny that! I get tons more done when my OH isn't here. He just seems to make so much more mess for me to clean up! He just accumulates stuff and clutter around him. Drives me mad!

At work and boss is in a foul mOod. Starting to question whether I actually need this job enough for me to be unhappy!! I've got stuff at home I could be getting on with!!

On Sunday I'm going to declutter all outgrown baby stuff and lots of clothes to CS too so hoping to make things a bit more organised.

Right bed get on with more work before boss gets back and starts to whinge at me :(

Enjoy your time of peace and cleaning pigpen.

I'm here, just about :o Still having a carpy time :( ongoing court case against ex husband has been postponed again  so still no end in sight.
Then yesterday there was a blow up with DD2 and best friend SJ. SJ phoned DD2 and told her that someone had told the school that over the weekend DD2, her boyfriend and SJ were smoking weed at someones house. SJ's parents received a phone call from the school, I haven't though.
SJ told her parents in was true but they were in a park but DD2 and boyfriend said they were only smoking cigarettes in the park (I already knew DD2 smokes, I'm not happy about it but she is 16 so legally allowed  )
DD2 named a known pooh-stirer that could have told the school this, someone who doesn't like DD2.
DD1 and I can normally tell if DD2 is lying, we don't believe she is plus because of the problems with the ex husband with drugs she knows better, if you get what I mean.
Anyway, I then get a call from SJ's dad who was obviously spoiling for a fight, he didn't get one and got put in his place instead.
I'm now waiting to see what happens at school today. We predict that SJ is no longer allowed to be friends with DD2 and they'll be a big argument between them.
I'm just waiting for SJ to come and collect her washing that's on my airer  She stayed here all weekend and didn't go home til after school on tuesday.

Obviously with all this I've been pretty down and keeping myself to myself but have been going jobs around the house and just caught up on the thread.
KAZ2904 - Have you been geocaching before? I had my first experience a couple of weekends ago. Went with DD1&2, DD1's boyfriend, his sister, her son and her boyfriend, I really enjoyed it and can't wait to go again :D
SAHMW - When I had DD1, almost 19 years ago I use to sit with a bottle of Milton and cotton wool buds and bleach out all the orangy food stains from her bibs :o I was a single, young mum and didn't want people thinking I didn't look after my child properly or that we were dirty.
By the time DD2 came along, 3 years later, I had a boyfriend and orange stained bids! :rotfl: I can't believe I wasted my time on bibs!!

Wendy schools are obliged to take this sort of thing seriously, when it happened at DS2's VI form it was dealt with very firmly and IMHO rightly so. It is a safeguarding issue and phoning parents is important to ensure they know what is going on and hopefully can support the student and the school. Different parents will have different views on such subjects but schools need to follow a zero tolerance line. Some schools do drugs test pupils, they are allowed to do so. The school should have a drugs policy which you may be able to view online.

    Upstairs hoovered
    Washing on the line
    Bathroom floor washed
