    it might be an idea to buy a pc speaker and connecting it to the motherboard.

    this will then beep when you turn on the pc, the beeps will help you diagnose the problem.

    There could be any number of problems preventing the screen to display.

    if the cpu, motherboard, psu or memory is broken then the pc wont even load the GPU, so if that is your problem, replacing the graphics card wont help
