Interesting accident, whose fault should this be?

What if the hypothetical young lady+children was crossing in front of the stopped cars? The biker might have hit one, but as the driver never looked right, he'd have squashed them all.......“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

The road is not a "queue", bikers are not "queue jumpers", the law applies first and it covers every aspect of driving, social order (the drivers perception of) has no place on the road and if you think bikers are "queue jumpers", then neither do you.
People in glass houses, I've seen a strider lose it on YouTube.
Coincidence?
But according you you they're not safe to do anything other than filtering as they cannot sit in a line of traffic incase they are crushed.
What happens when they get to solid white lines?0 -
What if it was a woman and child and each had a handful of bunnies?

You've seen what you want to see and you hear only what you want to hear.......
They can and should still filter past, just not on the other side of the line and they won't ride on the painted line because it can be like riding on ice.
As part of the bike licence test, if a rider has a clear opportunity to overtake or filter, to make good progress and he/she fails to do so, they will fail their test.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

I suggest you look up the definition of......
Filtering is also called "lane splitting", cars can't do this.

So going into the opposing flow of traffic lane to overtake is filtering when on a bike?
Didn't know that.
Did you see that amazing filter I just did? Sounds good

Watching it closer it's clearly the car driver that is at fault 100%.0

Looked it up, you're wrong. Thanks.0
