Locarr, really sorry to hear about your old school friend, same happened to my mates B/F last year. She found him in his flat after not being able to get him on phone..... he was coming up to his 50th birthday. So sad that these things can just happen so suddenly.
Here's my shop from early for you puddy tat owners. Go Cat for £3.60 a bag. :T

2 x Colgate Toothpaste Shine (100ml) £1.50 N/A
Comparison total (compared products only) £17.36 £12.28
I needed toothpaste so looked on mys earlier. The Colgate is 2 for £1.50 although the SEL didn't show this and I had to take it to CS to get a price check. HTH
Edit. Just double checked and the Colgate doesn't compare to anywhere so maybe useful as a filler.0 -

EDIT: I've highlighted your post. Oh! So one of them has stopped comparing?:eek: Or now has same price at A (£3.70:eek:) in the system?:(

I tried blue skies this morning and didn't get any points on it at all. It is not marked up in my store with extra More points and it didn't price match either.0 -

OH has also invited his cousins lad who I'm happy to have round as he's a lovely little lad, aged 10 and no trouble really.
However last time they were both round I did something I'm now embarrassed aboutBecause I'd been stressed out since Friday I freaked out on Sunday morning because the toilet had been flushed without the lid being down, despite my A4 signs clearly saying not to do this  I read that toilet germs can spread upto 20 feet when you flush  so I really hate when people do this in my house. The lads were in bed when I went mad about this and they were not meant to hear but OH told me later that Tyler had heard and it made him uncomfortable as it was him who'd done it
:( I wouldn't have cared if it was stepson I upset since he doesn't seem to care about upsetting us but I like Tyler and feel bad about upsetting him
I told OH I'll apologise to Tyler tomorrow but he said not to because Tyler has forgotten about it and apologising will make him uncomfortable again  I really don't get this because if someone upsets me or makes me uncomfortable I never ever forget. I guess this is part of my ASD so I cannot hope to understand it but can people really forget if something like this happens? I wouldn't want to go back to someone's house if they did what I did unless they apologised. Only then could I forget and move on
Actually I think toilet germs can spread even farther with the lid down - as, with the lid down, they shoot straight out. I learnt that from a Horrible Histories/Science theatre production (which, I assume, was factually accurate about that!).
I do understand this though, as I myself have my worries and anxieties about things, including things like hygiene and health and things like that. I think it's just our obsessive nature.
There is bacteria over everything and, really we are evolved to deal with it - a lot of bacteria are beneficial rather than the nasty bacteria that are harmful to health. We also need a bit of 'dirt' as that is how our immune system copes and becomes immunised to things.
That said, I still freak out sometimes a bit over it, as do you.0 -
I hope you don't mind me expanding on this slightly...

Are some of these More points store-specific?!? Is Blue Skies even one of the ones I mentioned with points? Anyway, sorry I can't remember what I said.
Or...probably easier? Take them all back for a refund as changed your mind?0 -

Don't buy sweets - swap for a banana (small one, 9p), a carrot, a mushroom, small piece of ginger, red onion, brown onion = 6 fillers. Other good fillers are broccoli at 49p (same price AvT), cucumber 49p AvT
I occasionally buy a flump but normally use my shops to stock up on veggies...
I have exciting news, on the 3rd Nov, extra Xmas gifts sets will be available in A, as part of the 2 for £8. they aren't on MyS or A currently and I'm hoping they won't be loaded on MyS straight away. I have a list of a few things if anyone want to look instore for them as triggers:p:D..
Loose broccoli slightly cheaper per 100g than the 49p packed ones. Also compares vs T. So, pick up one of those at 49p and it's actually more product! Or, maybe, pick up a smaller one and not have to pay as much as 49p for that as a filler!:rotfl: Check msm.co.uk before you shop as Loose has a nasty habit of sometimes going off and on on the website.0 -
