I keep thinking I'm getting better then go downhill again. Doc gave me antibiotics and a steroid inhaler but I'm still not right
He said it might be bronchitis or the flu. Is anyone else this bad?
Yep:(:(, just starting week 4 myself, docs said chest was rattling like a box of spanners, night time is worse and when asked if it was a 'productive cough' told 'em the whole truth:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Good afternoon all missed the morning oops
Hugs to Strewth and Dip hope things work out with the school and Dip being a parent is the hardest job at anytime never mind when you are under the weatherspringdreams wrote: »PD, a question for you please.
My family do a secret santa for Christmas for the adults. I have drawn my SIL, and her hobbies are baking and gardening. If you had to choose the things that you as a baker would not be without what would they be please? And what is the item you would want the most? The budget is £50.
She only bakes for herself and my DS, and just does the basics, but has recently started experimenting with icing and making shapes with icing paste. She bought a basic set of shape cutters for the icing paste from lakeland.
Many thanks in advance.0 -
Quick question, hubby's xbox 360 died randomly the other day, it just went pop during the scary bit of Doctor Who. We suspect it might be the charger cable but have no way of testing it.
If anyone has had similar issues before, please let me know how you resolved it! The charger is £15 and we couldn't return it to Amazon and get our money back if the actual console is dead.
Alternatively, if anyone has seen a good price for the Xbox 1 I'd be interested in hearing where, as that may have to be his new Christmas present! £350 is the best I've seen, with Fifa 15
its a long shot but maybe you could get another charger from your local Freecycle group or if yours has a Freecycle caf! then maybe you could borrow a charger to test your theory?
Also our local game store does re furbs so maybe it might be worth giving them a ring to see if they have a charger?“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Morning elite.
I've not been about much recently, I seem to have a big black cloud hanging over me and have had for some time and I'm struggling to shake it off (I know what the cloud is, i had pnd a while back).
DH now finally knows the extent of how bad I've been feeling though.
Yesterday was a really bad day, I had a phone call from child services as during a telling off to DD a couple of days ago about her attitude towards most things at the moment I said a few things I shouldn't have. She burst into tears in school and it all came out which is why I got a phone call
I did tell them in the heat of the moment things were said that shouldn't have been and I've obviously learnt from it. But I've scared myself livid now that my kids will be taken off me.
Sorry for gibbering on here, I wish I had more time to spend on here but I'm stretched so far around at the moment and I feel I'm trying to do everything myself.
On the plus side, today is a new day and me and DD have wiped the slate cleaneverything seems strangely calm at the moment  I'm waiting for something else to go wrong
Hugs and you are not alone. 'Gibber' on as much as you like, we're hear to listen. For what it's worth, we are all human and say things that we wish we hadn't. Don't try to do everything yourself, there are two in the relationship and if it's too much, shut the door on it/let the washing/chores pile up until you can tackle them with help.
Above all, don't be hard on yourself.0 -
