Thanks for all your feedback so far. I've passed your comments about the delayed boxes on to Sassy Bloom and it said that if yours has been delayed, you won't be charged for a second box.
Please email customercare@sassybloom.com, explain what's happened, and they will be able to cancel your account.

I've just received my £19 box - after three weeks of waiting and I'm sooooo disappointed with it! I received a bottle, a candle, some tea bags, water and some shower gel! Nothing really for baby - the bottle is almost useless to a breast feeder! So not worth the £19 I paid. I've sent an email to ask for their returns details and definitely won't be wasting money on any more!0

The email I received said it will be delivered 'before the end of the month', so fingers crossed!
I ordered the one-off gift for a relative at the same time as Sleepy Hollow and it has just been delivered - two weeks after the end of the month. The recipients were excited even if I was worried about late delivery. I did have an email yesterday saying it had been dispatched.0 -
I ordered above and received it. Cancelled before the month was up as suggested by Martin but they want me to pay an extra £10 admin charge.....what do you say about that Team Martin ?:money::(:(0

I ordered on 17 October and paid, chased on 12 November, its now 17 November and still nothing has arrived. I have emailed to cancel account and ask for a refund. Sassy Bloom 'aim to respond within 72 hours'. Absolutely terrible service.0

I ordered a one off box for my then unborn nephew. Sassy bloom said the box would arrive before the end of the month. My nephew was born in the meantime and I had no gift.
I contacted them on numerous occasions to chase delivery and although very helpful, it still took another 2 weeks to come.
The box itself was fantastic! I was thrilled with it.
I'd just advise ordering in plenty of time.0 -
I am really upset with their service, I haven't recieved my box which was paid for ages ago, I've emailed, tried to call, left online messages and have not had any reply. I don't know what to do, it seems they have taken my money and not fulfilling my order. I'm really frustrated and feel very ripped off0

It's a shame so many people seem to have had problems with Sassy Bloom. I think so many people took up the offer of a cheap box and they couldn't cope!
I've always found their customer service to be great and they've always got back to me quickly.
I emailed after receiving my latest box saying that a lot of the items weren't that age appropriate and they replied quickly, explaining why I'd got the items that I had. They offered me the chance to send my box back and swap it for the next month, but I didn't really want to do that as I'd already given some bits to my little girl. So, they sent me out (recorded delivery) 3 more brilliant items :-) I got:
* A doidy cup - which we've used daily since receiving it, it's fab.
* A Sassy high chair toy - which Emily absolutely adores.
* An Annabel Karmel bowl and masher - not seen this before, but sure we'll end up using it.
I've been so impressed with the customer service, that I've since signed up for a 6 month subscription and can't wait to get my next box. Also, the rewards points are good. If I do a video of the box openings for my 6 boxes, I'll get another free box. Finally, debt free for the first time since I was 18!:DFirst baby born: 21/05/2014Second baby born: 04/03/20170 -
Have just tried to buy a £9 box from Sassy Bloom but they did not recognise the MSE20 code. I then ordered a £19 box which went through using the code MSE10. However, although the order form said that delivery was free a delivery charge appeared on the order confirmation. At that stage I gave up.0

Tried several times based on instructions for Option 1: £9 box via a subscription, and Sassy Bloom website keeps rejecting the MSE20 code. Can you please advice on how to proceed. Would like to subscribe before the 7th Dec dateline. Thanks!0
