  • I have been saving Nectar Points for many years(6) with a nectar card that was sent to us by Nectar. We have now we have been told that the card we are using is not registered in our name and we cannot get access to the points/money that we have been saving.

    No other efforts to assist in sorting this our was offered by Nectar. They are expecting me to write off 6years of using this card.

    Surely this cannot be right? how many others have they done this to
    this is THEFT. They need to be held responsible for claims to supply money/purchase power to the collectors/users of their loyalty points.
