Hello folks, sorry for being MIA, little miss and little jwil have both decided that sleep is for wimps so have been rather sleep deprived. Little miss has been very unsettled during the day too, so not huge amounts being done.
I have been plodding on where I can though so can do a little update.
The great declutter has been continuing, albeit very slowly. I've done the pans in the kitchen and also most of the food. Decanted some of the packets into various kilner jars that were around so the cupboards look much better and more space has been created.
I've thrown away a few bits of food which were too far gone, and made an effort to use up other stuff as well. I've also put a lot of packets and spices into little plastic containers so I can just lift them out and see what I've got rather than them all getting lost in oblivion.
I've also sorted through some bags of assorted bits and pieces which were lying around, and have some sorted for car boot, and prepped a load of ebay listings which I will get on as and when.
I've been through my cloth nappies and decided I don't need more than 60(!) so have prepped a load of them to be sold as well. Little miss is almost out of the small sized ones so they will be the first to go, and those I'm not so keen on will also be going straight away as well.
We've had a number of sales as well so a steady stream of stuff leaving.
Not been up to much else really, I've been getting through a fair number of dvds with little miss, and have even managed to start reading again, so the books can start reducing as well.
Not much in the way of payments as I've got loads of birthdays this month, including mine and little jwil's 3rd! Hopefully when that is all organised, then I'll be able to sort out what I've got left to make some payments.
Hope everyone is well"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Aww thanks guys and welcome Happymac! Do pop out again
I've put a few listings on today, and have sorted out some more stuff to go. I did a bit of a reorganisation yesterday so have cleared a couple of more boxes away from downstairs and some stuff that was loose in our bedroom.
It is starting to look better, but I know will get filled again as DH moves stuff around.
A couple more items sold so that's good too.
Hope everyone is well"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
